Allan H. Frey was the first American to publish on the microwave auditory effect (MAE). Harlow Lights Tonight

This is not a show, these are real life events. This is the attacking groups main source of information: The group in this area hacks phones and intercepts calls, watches whats on screen, covers up websites with false sites, adds contacts, send messages and accesses app using phone hacking tools. When they hit the lights with an energy weapon it has a emp effects on the lights, but they use a repeating voice recording, so the light flicks are based on vocal recordings, creating a visual light form of the sound with a subliminal message, but it is not very effective. Some of the lights like the road bollards near the roundabout and corner junctions are designed to flick, the street lighting is being fired apon. I have a form of synesthesia that allows me to hear the sound in my mind of the messages in the flicking lights, others can do it too if they focus enough on it.
